Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VAKRA. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers located in:

  • We ship worldwide. Current destinations include but are not limited to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, India, Thailand, Morocco, and many other countries globally. If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us at vakraverse@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 10–20 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Please note that as we operate on a dropshipping model, products may be shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may take longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Eid, Diwali, or national holidays.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • European Union: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order value. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — please check current promotions at checkout. International shipping rates vary by country and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped within the UK generally do not incur customs charges.

  • For all international orders outside the UK, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees levied by their local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by VAKRA.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount as they vary by country.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order. VAKRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes

6. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided for all orders where tracking is available from our supplier.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow 3–5 days after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.

  • For some international destinations, tracking updates may be limited once the parcel enters the destination country's postal network.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • VAKRA is not liable for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping costs may apply.

  • For international orders, please ensure your full address including postcode, state or province, and country are correctly entered. Incomplete international addresses are a common cause of customs delays and failed deliveries. VAKRA cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incomplete international address information.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at vakraverse@gmail.com. We will investigate with our suppliers and shipping partners on your behalf.

  • If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Please allow the full estimated delivery window plus 7 additional days before reporting an order as lost, as international shipments can sometimes experience unexpected delays.

9. Split Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability and warehouse locations.

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

  • Please note that split shipments may result in separate customs assessments for international orders. Each parcel may be subject to individual customs processing by your local authority.

10. Free Delivery Promotion

Free standard delivery is available on all UK orders. International delivery charges apply and will be shown at checkout.
